Former Chief Pharmacist of the Fijian Ministry of Health and Medical Services, Supply Chain Management expert and Australia Awards alumnus Apolosi Vosanibola said taking part in the Women’s Leadership Initiative’s LeadershipConnect program, “Has given me the confidence to consider some of the changes I need to make to become a good leader… and provided me with practical measures on how I can implement ideas.”
In a recent reflection of his experience returning home to Fiji since participating in the six-month online leadership, networking and support program for men and women, Australia Awards scholar from the Pacific Islands, Apolosi said: “It’s about opening people’s minds, seeing things from a woman’s perspective, and seeing how we can collaborate together.”
